Concealed damage may not be visible until material is removed. When new conditions are found, Chris documents the issue and reviews the additional work before moving forward.

Temporary and permanent work

Temporary protection and permanent repair are different types of work. Temporary work may help keep out more water until a full repair can be made. Permanent work replaces or repairs the damaged materials listed in the estimate.
