The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city or property location, and project message. You may also send information directly by phone, text, email, or Facebook.
Do not submit payment card data, government identifiers, account passwords, policy documents, or other sensitive records through the website form.
Submitted information is used to review the project location and requested service, respond to the inquiry, discuss an estimate or next step, maintain related business records, and reduce spam or misuse.
The website does not sell submitted contact information.
The estimate form sends the information directly to Ratcliff Rebuild Right LLC through Resend. The website keeps short-lived, nonreversible rate-limit counters in application memory to reduce repeated submissions. Hosting, email, and security providers may process request details, delivery information, network addresses, and technical logs as needed to operate and protect their services.
Optional Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measurement loads only after analytics consent. The application is designed not to send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property locations, project messages, or internal lead identifiers to analytics or advertising platforms.
Estimate emails that do not become customer or project records should be deleted within 180 days. A message connected to an estimate, contract, payment, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained longer as part of the related business record.
Short-lived abuse-prevention counters expire automatically and are cleared when the application restarts. Analytics consent is stored in the visitor's browser and can be changed from Cookie Settings in the footer.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or email transmission can promise absolute security.
