About Ratcliff Rebuild Right LLC
Ratcliff Rebuild Right LLC was founded in 2025 by Chris Ratcliff, a Cleveland, TN resident who saw too many homeowners getting handed off to crews they never met after signing a contract. The whole idea behind the company is simple: the person who shows up to give you an estimate is the same person who does the work.
Chris stays active on every job. He handles the scheduling, the field work, the communication, and the final walkthrough. There are no project managers sitting between you and the person with tools in hand.
The company is licensed and insured in Tennessee. We carry general liability coverage on every job and we are happy to provide documentation before work begins. A contractor license number will be listed here as soon as our Tennessee contractor license application is finalized.
We serve Cleveland, TN and the surrounding communities including Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Athens, Dayton, Charleston, Soddy-Daisy, Hixson, Apison, and McDonald.
